Episode 107: Fort Mifflin - Haunted History

Fort Mifflin, originally called Fort Island Battery and also known as Mud Island Fort, was built in 1772 by the British to protect Philadelphia. At the start of the Revolutionary War, the Americans claimed the fort and completed construction. It is located near the Philadelphia International Airport. It is one of the only remaining revolutionary war battlefields intact, which was also utilized during the Civil War, WW1 and WW2. It is also considered one of the most terrifying places in Pennsylvania.

Episode 103: Gary Drais - Murdered (2005)

Authorities believe Gary Drais, 48, was killed Sept. 14, 2005, after eating dinner with his mom, Mae, and older brother, Dale, at their home on Lamp Post Lane in Aston. He was beaten, bludgeoned, and thrown through a sliding glass door before he was fatally shot in his own Glenn Road home in Aston, PA 13 days before his body was discovered.

Episode 102: William Booher - Murdered (1981)

On the evening of August 28, 1981, a woman alerted police of a man slumped over the steering wheel of his car in on Sohn Road in Hopewell Township. When officers arrived, they found 39-year-old William Booher dead from a shotgun wound to his chest.

Episode101: SPECIAL EPISODE: Jennifer Brown & Amy Gregory

Taking a bit of break from our regular cold cases, in this episode we will be talking about two relatively newer cases that happened around the beginning of 2023. We will discuss how two women’s cases are eerily familiar yet the outcomes have been drastically different. What changes the trajectory of a case? Both were around 40 years old, both were mothers, both went missing around the new year this year, and in both cases the bodies were found around the same time. How did one case get national coverage and the other barely get local coverage?

Episode 100: Merrybeth Hodgkinson - Murdered (1995)

In September of 1995, skeletal remains were discovered by some children behind a diner in Bensalem, PA. An autopsy later determined that the remains were of a woman who had been there for 2-3 years prior to the discovery. She remained an unidentified white female, or “Jane Doe” for 26 years, also known as “Bucks County Jane Doe” and “Clubhouse Jane Doe”.

Episode 99: Hamza Ali - Missing (2013)

CW: This story deals with crimes against a minor child. On August 4, 2013, while visiting his parents, Ummad Rushdi left with his girlfriend’s 7-month-old Hamza Ali. Hamza has not been seen since.
