Episode 70: Eric Pyles - Missing (2000)

Eric Pyles got off the bus after a typical day. Instead of walking home he walked to Jonestown Bible Church. He was seen by a church worker and it assumed he was going to use the bathroom. That was the last time he was seen. The worker left later that night and saw footprints headed to the woods. Bloodhounds confirmed his scent to the woods as well. Episode 69: Gwendel ”Gwen” Greenblatt - Murdered (2003)

Gwendel Greenblatt was literally that person whose “smile lit up a room.”  Her family and friends adored her. Unfortunately, she was in an emotionally abusive relationship and there didn’t seem to be anything her friends and family could say to convince her to leave.  When Gwen’s friend Christina hears a scream and then silence during a phone call, it quickly becomes clear that something horrific has happened to Gwen. When Gail Matthews and Tamara Berkheiser failed to show up for a daily breakfast at Gail’s mother’s house, the panic began. In less than a few hours, Gail’s mother would discover that her daughter, Gail, aged 23, and granddaughter, Tamara, aged 5, were both murdered by an unknown assailant on the night of September 1, 1994. Episode 67: Kortne Stouffer - Missing (2012)

Kortne Stouffer was a vibrant young 21 year old living life to its fullest. She was involved with her local community, finding her passions, and just starting her life. Kortne and her boyfriend, Brad, threw a party on July 28th, 2012. Police were called and went to the house. Brad was arrested for drinking on probation. This event started an unforeseen chain of events that eventually led to the disappearance of Kortne. She was last seen in the early hours of July 29th, 2012 and is still missing. Episode 66: Cherrie Ann Mahan - Missing (1985)

When 8 year old Cherrie Ann Mahan got off the bus in front of her Butler County driveway on February 22, 1985, she likely planned to walk up the weaving path to her home, hug her parents, Janice and Leroy, show off the school pictures she got to bring home that day, and prep for a sleepover with her friend that night. But somebody else had other plans. At some point between stepping off of her bus where another parent had seen her and making it to her front door, Cherrie Mahan was abducted and has never been seen again. Rose was your typical widow: she remembered her husband in his death, spent time with friends and family, and loved going to church whenever she could get there, which was often. Barbara E. Miller was attending a wedding on July 1, 1989. She never made it to the bar in Mifflinburg where she was to meet friends later that night. Five days later her boyfriend reported her missing.  With so much existing evidence, why are there still more questions than answers? 

Episode 61: Dale Kerstetter - Missing/Endangered (1987)

When Dale Kerstetter reported for duty at his security job at Corning Glassworks in September of 1987, his family and friends never expected it would be the last time he'd be seen. Shortly into his overnight shift, an intruder is seen on camera; Dale is then seen speaking to the intruder, and then he is never seen again. Oh, and did we mention that on this same night, $250,000 worth of platinum pipe went missing from the same location? Was Dale in on it? Or simply at the wrong place at the wrong time?
